I've always loved photography. Being able to capture & freeze a moment in time. Having an image to look back on that evokes your most coveted memories. Each year growing up my wish list was the same, I had to have the newest Point & Shoot camera - taking photos of nights out with friends, family celebrations, activities, and more. Thankfully the art (and expertise) have grown a lot since then, but my mission & passion of capturing memories remains the same - and is the reason I do what I do.
WHY IT MATTERS
Hi! I'm Kristen, a South Shore photographer based in Hanover, Massachusetts - specializing in Newborn, Maternity & Family photography. I started my photography journey with the mission to capture life's sweetest moments and preserve those memories for my clients & their families to treasure for years to come. I am a lover of neutrals with a natural, timeless style. I have two of my own littles (Kayleigh & Grayson) and husband (Tom), who are the lights of my life. I love wine, summer, sushi & a good book :)

My littlest came barreling into the world 3 weeks early in the fall of 2022. Everyone told me how special the Boy/Mama bond would be, but nothing could have prepared me for how tightly I'd be wrapped around his little fingers.

I loved my job which was centered around creating the best customer experience for my company's e-commerce audience. But, I longed for more flexibility, less of a commute & more time with the kids. Tom got me a camera for my birthday and I started classes shortly thereafter!
LEFT MY CORPORATE CAREER & BEGAN LEARNING PHOTOGRAPHY!
We went to different colleges & separate study abroad programs, but both ended up in Florence, Italy. As fate would have it, we met in an American bar playing beer pong and the rest is history!

Always had to have the newest technology whether it was a cell phone, iPod, or my very first camera...never in a million years did I think it would lead me to be a family photographer!

I was born to an entrepreneur and a stock broker, so business school was my destiny. I fell in love with Marketing through its outlets for creativity, design & brand voice.
